By accessing and using the backtesting stock trading web application ("the Service") provided by Eris Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Eris Ventures"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Scope of Service

The Service provides a platform for you to conduct backtesting of trading strategies using historical stock market data. You acknowledge that the Service does not provide financial advice, and that the results of your use of the Service do not guarantee future trading results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
